The loving wife of Durrant Higgins, Mother of 11 children, Grand-Mother to so many and Great-Grandmother to 4.
Home town was Jamaica but moved to the UK where is was dyam cold and still is.
Mum fell asleep on 5th Sept 1978. She might well be buried, but never to be forgotten.
Although I have few memories of mum, I appreciate all the stories that I am told about her. Mum was a strong woman who dealt with so much to provide for so many. Mum was taken away at a young age, but she will always live on in our hearts, minds and spirit. Not a day goes by without our mum being in our thoughts. Love you mummy xxxxxxx
